The key to feeling confident and living life more fully is true self-acceptance.

What To Expect
Sarah will start with an obligation free discovery call and the completion of a pre-coaching questionnaire. Moving on, the coaching series is purely focused on you and your goals. Together you will then set goals that you connect with and make you feel excited, and actions that enable you to look
forward and move you to a freer and more fulfilling life.
The coaching series comprises 6 1:1 sessions over 90 days with support in-between sessions.
